Applicant must read and understand the Code of Massachusetts Regulations 259, chpt 4. This is a signature requirement on the application.
Temporary licensure is issued only to applicants who have not passed the NATABOC examination and are scheduled to take the next examination. When scheduling the next examination, applicants must request that NATABOC issue confirmation of examination registration directly to PCS.
